This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid plans on MapsToWebsite, operated by YASH PATEL. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). See our Products & Pricing page for current plan details.
1. Nature of purchases
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are one-time purchases that grant access for a fixed period — either 1 month or 12 months — as selected at checkout. Plans do not auto-renew unless you purchase again.
2. Cancellation
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because access is prepaid for the selected period, cancelling does not entitle you to a partial refund for unused time, except as described below. Your published sites remain online under Free plan limits when paid access expires.
3. Refund eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of purchase — if you have not substantially used paid features (e.g. published edits, connected a custom domain, or exported HTML), you may request a full refund
- Duplicate or erroneous charge — if you were billed twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us with your order ID for a full refund of the duplicate or excess amount
- Service failure — if a verified platform outage or defect prevented you from using core paid features for an extended period, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You have actively used paid features during the access period
- The request relates to dissatisfaction with AI-generated copy that can be edited in the platform
- Third-party payment fees charged by banks or wallets are non-refundable by us
5. How to request a refund
Email help@netreads.in with:
- Your registered account email
- Order / payment ID from your receipt
- Date of purchase and plan purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We review requests within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome by email.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks on valid charges may result in account suspension.
