These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MapsToWebsite ("Service"), operated by YASH PATEL. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MapsToWebsite is a software-as-a-service platform that generates and hosts websites from publicly available Google Maps business profile data. Features vary by plan as described on our Products & Pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@netreads.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
- Upload or publish content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as permitted on the Agency plan
4. Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide or approve for publication. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. The MapsToWebsite platform, branding, and software remain our property.
5. Third-party data
The Service may import data from Google Maps and other third-party sources. You represent that you have the right to use such data for your business website. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
6. Payments
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) as one-time purchases for a fixed access period. Prices are listed on our Products & Pricing page. Refunds are handled according to our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
7. Plan changes & expiry
When a paid plan expires, your account reverts to Free tier limits. Published sites remain online subject to Free plan restrictions. You may renew or upgrade at any time.
8. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that generated content will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YASH PATEL and MapsToWebsite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use paid features ends, but sections that by nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
